Our Mission

Jewish Education Program (JEP) of Montreal is a non-profit community organization that seeks to heighten Jewish pride and foster a deeper commitment to Judaism.

We offer a wide variety of exciting educational and social programs for students and adults of the Jewish community, regardless of affiliation or level of observance.

Our Staff Members

The people involved in the creation of JEP understood the great need for reaching out to those who have drifted away from Judaism or have never had the opportunity to learn about Judaism. JEP’s goal is to provide a basic Jewish education for anyone that is searching for his or her roots and who wants to understand what Judaism is truly about. This is done through classes, lectures, Shabbatons, sports events and student-oriented programming. We are very involved with high school, college, university students and adults in Montreal. Our teachers are young, dynamic, open-minded and are excellent role models for living a richer life of meaningful Judaism.
